  Close proximity to the main station , comfy, and has complete set of utilities/furnitures. Some noises from the street can be heard through the window but I personally don't mind.

And the kitchen block in the hallway is more suitable for warming up than for cooking. But you don't necessarily want that, because the gastro scene in Magdeburg is very respectable.
